You’re moving. Moving is hard, stressful work. You don’t want to do the move out cleaning when you’re exhausted. We can do the move out cleaning for you.

There are always many patients coming in, there’s delicate medical equipment around, and there’s always that chance of diseases spreading.

Master Bathroom

1.  Clean the toilet and toilet roll holder.

2.  Clean towel racks.

3.  Clean the shower including the walls, floor, shelves, and fixtures. Clean fixtures, chrome, and glass to look new. Clean off soap scum build up.

4.  If appropriate, clean the tub in and out.

5.  Clean and polish the counters, sinks, fixtures and mirror(s).

6.  Remove and clean light bulbs above the sink. Clean light fixture. Put light bulbs back.

7.  Pull out drawers and clean inside to remove all debris. Open cabinets and clean out all debris.

8.  Clean the faces of the cabinet door and drawer covers.

9. Clean baseboards as needed.

10. Clean light switches and electrical outlets.

11. Clean all doors as needed front and back.

12. Clean the floor including vacuuming the closet if it is connected to the bathroom.

All guest bathrooms

Same as the master bathroom.

Master bedroom

1. Clean all shelving in the closet. 

2. Clean ceiling fan if there is one. 

3. Clean light switches and electrical outlets. 

4. Clean closet and entrance doors front and back. 

5. Clean baseboards as needed.

6. Wipe off window sills. 

7. Vacuum the edges of the carpet then vacuum the rest of the carpet. 

Guest bedrooms

The same as the master bedroom.

Livingrooms, offices, family rooms, sitting rooms, dining rooms, etc

Same as the bedrooms

Laundry Area

1. Clean the inside of the cupboards and drawers if any. Return to new condition. 

2. Clean the cupboard door and drawer fronts. 

3. Clean the entrance door front and back. 

4. If needed, clean walls with soapy water.

5. Clean light switches and electrical outlets.

6. Completely clean floors.

 

Kitchen

1.  Pull the fridge out far enough to clean so you can get behind it and clean the floor. While back there unplug the fridge. 

2.  Clean out the inside of the refrigerator (freezer and fridge) to look new. 

3.  Clean the outside of the fridge including top of the fridge to look new. Pay special attention to the handles. 

4.  Plug the fridge back in and push back into the original position. 

5.  Use Easy Off to clean inside the oven including racks. Wipe clean to look new. No residue!

6.  Clean stove top, fixture front, and temperature knobs to look new. Clean the stove door front and handle to look new. 

7.  Pull the oven drawer completely out. Clean the floor under the oven. Clean out the drawer to look new and then replace it. 

8.  Open all drawers and cupboards: High and low. Clean them inside to look as close to new as possible.

9.  Clean inside of cupboard doors and drawer fronts.

10. Close drawer fronts and cupboard doors then clean cabinet doors and drawer fronts. 

11. Clean microwave in and out to look new

12. Clean the outside of the dishwasher and the inside rim of the dishwasher.

13. Clean and polish the counter to feel and look new.  

14. Clean and polish any backsplash.

15. Clean sink and fixtures to be spotless.

16. Clean the entrance door front and back. 

17. If needed, clean walls with soapy water.

18. Clean light switches and electrical outlets.

19. Vacuum or sweep the floor clean and then mop the floor. Kitchen floors can be challenging if they haven’t been taken care of by the previous occupant. Do the best you can to get it clean. 

Garage

1.  Sweep out the garage getting nooks and  crannies, and corners as clean as possible. 

2.  Check walls and ceilings for spiderwebs and remove any found. 

Front door

1.  Sweep clean area in front of the main entrance door. 

2.  Wipe down inside and outside of the door.

3.  Clean the threshold as best as you can. 

4.  Clean light switches as needed.
